JS1000 forced twin horizontal shaft concrete mixer adopts oil-free shaft end sealing system and supercharged upper cover water discharging system. JS1000 forced twin horizontal shaft concrete mixer; the rated discharged capacity is 1000 liters per time. It is applicable to all types of middle size and small precast plants and highways, bridges, water conservancy, port, wharf and other industrial and civil engineering construction sector to mix dry hard concrete, plastic concrete, fluidity concrete, lightweight aggregate concrete, and a variety of mortar. Except used independently, it can also used together with PL1600 to form the simple concrete mixing plant, the main mixer of the HZS50 concrete mixing plant.

Product details:

1.Feeding system:

The brake motor drives the reel to rotate through the reducer, and the wire rope climbs up along the loading rack rail through the pulley pulling hopper. When it rises to a certain height, a pair of rollers above the bucket door at the bottom of the hopper enters the water rail of the loading rack, and the bucket door automatically opens. The material enters the mixing drum through the feed nozzle.

2.Mixing system:

The mixing system consists of a pulley, a reducer, an open gear, an electric motor, a mixing drum stirring device and an oil supply device. A special sealing device is arranged at the coupling shaft and the two ends of the mixing drum. In order to ensure the quality of the seal, a special oil supply is provided on the end face of the mixer drum.

3.Discharge system:

The unloading system consists of a discharge door, a gas pump, a reversing valve, a gas distribution valve, a cylinder, and an electric mechanism. The discharge door is installed at the bottom of the mixer and is pneumatically discharged through the cylinder. The discharge gate seal can be ensured by adjusting the position of the seal.

4.Oil supply system:

The main oil circuit system of the mixer parts mainly supplies oil for the concrete mixer to help the flexible operation of the machine. The main oil circuit system mainly consists of double gear pump, oil suction filter, pilot relief valve and pilot unloading valve. Electro-hydraulic reversing valve, push hydraulic cylinder, cartridge type check valve and so on.
